You can close your account at any time by going to Account Settings > Account Management > Close Account. Any remaining balance is returned to your original payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within five working days. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you'll need to create a new one if you want to return.

When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, your funds are held in trust and credited to your account balance immediately. We keep this data for the life of your account plus seven years for compliance with local tax and anti-money-laundering rules. After that, personal information is deleted. You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion where local law permits.
