Privacy and data questions

Your account details, balance history and any open transactions will remain on our servers for the full seven-year retention period required by Indonesian payment law. Your email and phone can be deleted upon request; send your username to [email protected] and we'll remove those within 48 hours.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Account > History > Transactions and click Export. You'll get a CSV file with every bet, deposit and withdrawal timestamped. Or email support for a full account data report including account settings and support messages.

We never sell your personal data. We share only the minimum required with payment processors — DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and your bank — to complete deposits and withdrawals. Compliance teams and licensed auditors may view anonymised transaction counts under legal obligation.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all payment information. We store only your transaction ID and the last four digits of your account. The full payment method data stays on the payment provider's secure servers; we never have the ability to store or access it directly.
